About
My Mission
My mission is to develop accessible that empower communities, leveraging old, new, and emerging technologies to tackle real-world challenges—through research and software projects— while striving for technical and ethical excellence.
Biography
I am a software developer currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, TX.
I grew up in a small rural town outside San Antonio, TX, where I graduated high school summa cum laude and earned the National Merit Scholarship for
academic excellence. During this time, I also volunteered with a local hospice and The Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, TX.
At The University of Dallas, I have developed software applications for organizations including ARGO Data,
UT Dallas' on-campus food pantry, Comet Cupboard, and the Plano-based makerspace, TheLab.ms. Additionally,
I have performed research under The Department of Materials Science, leveraging machine learning regression techniques to model metal contacts to two-dimensional
semiconductors, pioneering the path towards nanotransistor technology.
Outside of coding, I enjoy reading, watching movies at the Texas Theatre, and volunteering with my Alpha Phi Omega fraternity brothers in the Dallas-Fort-Worth Metroplex.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to talk about software, volunteering, or if you have any movie recommendations.
